1. Personal Information We Collect

2. User control and selection
You can manage or revoke authorization for cameras, microphones, and photo/media libraries at any time through the device's system settings. Please note that revoking certain permissions may result in some features of the app not functioning properly

We take reasonable security measures to protect the data collected through these permissions and prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure
4. Third party sharing
In some cases, in order to provide specific features (such as [Clone voice]), we may provide some or all of the data collected through cameras/microphones/photo albums to our third-party service providers (such as [Microsoft]). Collection and processing of biometric data
When you use our services, we may collect:
-Facial data (such as personal selfies you upload or authorized camera selfies) is used to generate your AI photos.
-Voice features (such as recordings) are used to clone your voice and simulate playing your role.
These data are only processed within the application to provide the requested functionality and are never used for unrelated purposes.
Non disclosure and non sharing
We will not share, sell, or disclose your biometric data (facial or voice) to third parties (including advertisers, marketers, or external entities) without your explicit consent. Your data will be strictly confidential and protected by strong security protocols.
Limited retention period
In order to minimize privacy risks, we only retain biometric data for the time required to complete the service (such as processing requests or generating results). Usually, unless otherwise required by law, data will be automatically deleted within a few hours after processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain services, including account registration, digital avatar creation and display, chat (text, voice, video), AI portrait generation, and other core functions.
Personalized recommendation and matching: Based on your interests, hobbies, and other information, we recommend users who may be interested in helping you make friends.
Optimize and improve services: Analyze user behavior and preferences, improve product functionality, user experience, and service quality.
Security assurance: used for identity verification, security prevention, fraud monitoring, file backup, and customer security services. For example, detecting and preventing activities that may violate our policies or laws.

Voice cloning: Your voice data is only used to create personalized digital avatar voice for you, so that if you choose, your digital avatar can use your voice for voice replies. We promise not to use your voice data for any other purpose or provide it to any third party without your explicit consent.
AI portrait generation: Your selfies are only used to generate portrait images of different styles through AI algorithms for your use. We will not use your photos for any other purposes, nor will we share them with third parties without your authorization.
Public display information: The personal profile information (such as nickname, avatar, interests, hobbies, self description) that you choose to publicly display when creating a digital avatar may be viewed by other users. Please carefully choose the information you are willing to publicly display.
Provision of our Service based on your contractual relationship with us.
We process your personal information when this is necessary under our contract with you, to:
 ● Provide you with our Service, and specific features you select when using our Service, which may require personalizing the content of our Service;
 ● Identify and authenticate you so that you may use our Service and to prevent illegal or inappropriate use of the Service;
 ● Restrict the collection of personal information of children under certain age as defined in this Privacy Policy;

To the extent provided by applicable law, you can request access to your personal information, or correct or update out-of-date or inaccurate personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to request that we delete personal information that we hold about you. You may access and update some of your information through your account settings. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up-to-date.
To the extent provided by applicable laws, you can also ask us to restrict or limit the processing of your personal information, as well as to provide you with personal information that we have collected from you so that you may use it for your own purposes, and to ask us to share (port) this data to another controller.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of fourteen (14) and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of fourteen (14) as part of the Service. Additionally, we do not knowingly sell the personal information of children under the age of sixteen (14). If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of fourteen (14) as part of the Service, we will immediately delete such information from our records.
